Wiley X WX Lynx Grey & Clear - Matte Black is a compact, centre-folding ballistic protective eyewear set originally developed for military parachutists. Its space-saving design makes it a practical option for airsoft, motorcycling and other activities requiring protective eyewear. The set includes grey and clear interchangeable lenses as well as a matte black frame.
The eyewear meets the requirements of ANSI Z87.1+, MIL-PRF-32432A and EN.166B standards. Interchangeable lenses allow the eyewear to be adapted to different lighting conditions, while the included protective case accommodates the eyewear and two additional lens sets. The centre-folding design makes storage and transport easier among other equipment.
The removable foam Facial Cavity Seal fits snugly against the face. Ventilation openings in the seal help prevent fogging and maintain a clear field of view. An adjustable elastic strap with sliders enables a personalised fit for different head sizes, and the design is compatible with night vision devices.
The grey lenses reduce all colours evenly, ensuring that colour perception remains natural. They effectively reduce glare and are suitable for bright light and outdoor use. The clear lenses offer high light transmission and accurate colour reproduction, making them suitable for low-light, cloudy or hazy conditions as well as indoor use. Both lenses provide 100% UVA and UVB protection.
An expandable lens selection increases versatility, as yellow and light rust lenses are available separately. Quick lens changes make it easy to adapt the eyewear as lighting conditions change.
