Wiley X Saber Advanced Grey & Clear - Matte Black is a ballistic protective eyewear set that includes grey and clear interchangeable lenses as well as a matte black frame. The semi-rimless frame construction combines functionality, durability and a wide field of view for eye protection in a variety of activities. Two different lenses allow the eyewear to be adapted to changing lighting conditions.
Adjustable telescopic temples help tailor the fit to the user, and the temples can be replaced with the included Saber Advanced elastic strap when needed. Versatile adjustment options improve fit and wearing comfort. The model’s 360-degree adjustable, wire-core reinforced nosepiece adapts to different nose shapes and sizes.
The protective eyewear meets the requirements of ANSI Z87.1+, MIL-PRF-32432(GL) and EN.166F standards. The model is also NVG-compatible, allowing it to be used with compatible night vision devices. Its construction is designed with an emphasis on comprehensive eye protection, durability and adaptability.
The grey lens reduces different colours evenly, helping colour perception remain natural. It effectively reduces glare and is suitable for bright lighting and outdoor use. The clear lens provides maximum light transmission and accurate colour recognition, making it suitable for low-light, cloudy or hazy conditions as well as indoor use. Both lenses provide 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation.
If required, prescription lenses can be fitted using a separate PTX prescription insert. A suitable optical partner for prescription lens fitting can be found through Wiley X’s dealer search. PTX compatibility expands the eyewear’s usability for users who require prescription correction.
