EOTECH HWS XPS3

EOTECH XPS3-0 is a compact, night-vision-compatible holographic HWS sight. The 68 MOA ring and 1 MOA centre dot form EOTECH's 1-Dot Speed Ring reticle, supporting fast target acquisition at close range while providing a small central dot for more precise aiming.

The XPS3 is one of EOTECH's shortest and lightest night-vision-compatible HWS models. A single transversely mounted CR123 battery keeps the housing short and leaves more rail space for accessories such as a magnifier or iron sight. Weight is approximately 255 g.

The sight has 20 daylight brightness settings and 10 separate night vision settings for Gen I-III+ devices. The buttons are located at the rear of the housing. Elevation and windage adjustments are 0.5 MOA per click.

The XPS3 mounts to a Weaver or MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail with a cross-bolt attachment. Unlike the EXPS3, the XPS3 does not have an integrated QD lever mount or a 7 mm raised lower 1/3 mount. According to the manufacturer, the sight is water resistant to a depth of 10 metres and one CR123 battery provides approximately 1000 hours of use at nominal setting 12.

The XPS3-0 is particularly suitable for a setup where a short body, low weight and night vision compatibility are important. If an integrated QD mount and side controls are required, the EXPS3 is the more practical option; the XPS3 instead saves rail space and weight.
