Hareline Ice Dub is a very versatile dubbing material commonly used in nymphs, pupae, streamers, and even salmon and pike flies. Its fine and shimmering texture gives flies an attractive glow and liveliness in the water. Ice Dub is particularly suitable for:

• Tying the body, for example, in nymphs and larvae
• Highlighting the thorax area or creating a strike point
• Adding life and light reflections to streamer bodies

Its properties make it an ideal material for both clear and dark waters, especially when visibility needs to be enhanced. Available in a very wide color range.

Chenilles are basic materials in fly tying, used especially for building bodies and abdomen sections. Hareline's selection includes standard chenilles, micro chenilles, polar chenilles, and UV-effect options.

Usage is simple: the chenille is attached to the hook and wound evenly to form the body. By choosing chenilles of different sizes and textures, the appearance and swimming action of the fly can be influenced. Long-fiber chenille (e.g., Polar Chenille) can also be used as a "hackle" for wet flies when wound sparsely.

Barred rabbit strips (e.g., Hareline Barred Rabbit Strips) add strong contrast and a natural lively movement to flies. They are particularly suitable for:

• Streamers, such as zonkers and articulated leech-type flies
• Pike flies and flies for large predatory fish
• Steelhead and salmon flies where visibility and movement are needed
