Ice Rocket for Netting Device - is a plastic-bodied rope netting device equipped with an LED light for the fisherman. Operates on batteries (8 x D-battery; not included). The device has a four-position switch operated by jerks. The pull rope is attached to the switch rope and the device, and the device is set to move under the ice in the desired direction. It moves at a brisk walking pace and 60 meters of rope is under the ice in a minute.

Other important information:

• When attaching the drive wheels, note that there is a recess in the axle for the attachment screw. The screw must be tightened so that it locks into the recess in the axle, otherwise the wheel will loosen and detach 
• Batteries are installed with the + side towards the removable back cover, all batteries in the same direction. If the batteries are installed incorrectly, the device will not function properly and there is also a risk of a short circuit in the batteries and the device breaking (see product image 6) 

Tips:

• empty any water that may have accumulated inside the Ice Rocket and spray moisture remover 
• lubricate the axle entry holes to be waterproof with waterproof grease/vaseline   
• swim two ropes at a time. One rope is lifted up from the drill hole when the Ice Rocket has progressed the desired distance, and the other rope is used to pull the netting device back to the starting hole. 
• it is advisable to attach the pull rope so that it is attached to the device (safety rope) and the attachment loop at the same time (see instructions). This ensures that if the switch rope breaks, the device does not detach.
