Wooden Patriot Fish Cleaning Board - is specifically designed for gutting and filleting fish. At the end of the cleaning board, there is a clamp that facilitates handling the fish, to which the fish can be attached by the tail to help keep the fish on the cleaning board. The wooden cleaning board is softer than plastic and does not dull the sharp filleting knife as easily.
