Gunki Mosquito - Initially developed for cold water zander fishing and deep water in the larger sizes, the Mosquito has proved itself to be much more versatile than we originally thought! The firm rubber generates subtle vibrations on slow pulls then pulses strongly when jerked or twitched fast. This has proved deadly for bass up in the water and vertical fishing for Pollock with our field testers catching plenty of big fish by matching the right size of Mosquito to the size of sand eels present in the area. Available in 5 sizes. Smaller models are perfect for perch and zander (drop-shot, rubber jig, jig head etc..). Intermediate sizes can be fished classically but are also great as trailers on Boomers, Gennakers and other Spinnaker set ups. The biggest sizes are for vertical fishing in deep venues targeting specimen fish – big zander on stillwaters or bass, pollock and cod at sea. Features our SBC (Sugar Belly Concept) for maximum mobility and lets you load the bait with attractant when the fishing is difficult.
