Every Care Plus® First Aid Kit is compiled in collaboration with expedition medics. Almost every Care Plus® First Aid Kit (except the Basic First Aid kit) contains the “Care Plus® First Aid Guide”. The guide consists of 40 pages full of valuable First Aid tips from medical professionals, written by Dr. R. Hulsebosch. The guide clearly explains medical situations, how to deal with these and which First Aid Items to use to treat the casualty. The booklet explains, among others, some basic First Aid Rules, the Heimlich manoeuvre and the Ruatek grip, resuscitation and how a wound should be treated and which bandage to use. On the back of our First Aid Kit packaging, you will find the contents written in four languages including images. In the little bags inside our First Aid Kits, you have extra space to add your own items, such as medicines."
