5.11 A/T 8 Black is a tactical boot designed specifically to support the foot and reduce fatigue, especially when carrying heavy gear.

The boots are made of water-resistant suede leather and durable nylon. They feature a locking lace loop at the ankle to keep the laces at the right tension. The boots incorporate Echo Foam™ and Force Foam™ technologies, providing shock absorption and energy return. Beneath the Ortholite® insole is a removable A.T.L.A.S. Support Plate, which adds support and reduces sole flex. The outsole is slip-resistant and oil-resistant. The boots weigh approximately 620 grams.
