Victron Orion-Tr DC-DC Converters 24V 12V 20A Isolated - is a voltage reducer used, for example, to draw power from a 24V bow thruster battery for 12V electronics. You can install it between two batteries (24V > 12V), in which case the Orion-Tr acts as a charger, but when you install the Orion-Tr between a 24V battery and electronics, it functions as a power supply.

We recommend that even if you are drawing power for only a few devices, you still install a fuse box for the device, with both negative and positive sides.
