Ultramax - are excellent more affordable lithium batteries. These batteries are great for boating use and are perfectly suited for electric bow thrusters, electric outboard motors, and all the electronics on the boat.
Ultramax 12V 40Ah, 12V 60Ah, and 12V 100Ah batteries have a Bluetooth application that makes it easy for you to monitor the battery status throughout the day. You quickly get information on how much power and voltage the battery has, but the application also tells you, among other things, the battery's operation, temperature, charge cycles, and any warnings that may have come to the battery's BMS controller. The Ultramax BMS controller manages the battery's operation and prevents the battery from being completely discharged or overcharged, making lithium batteries significantly longer-lasting and therefore always a more cost-effective solution than AGM batteries. 

Ultramax 12V 40Ah weighs: 5.5kg and has a maximum discharge current of 42A. This battery is not suitable for electric motors because electric motors use a maximum of 50A, which exceeds the battery's maximum discharge current, and the BMS controller temporarily shuts down the battery. The 12V 40Ah is an excellent battery for electronics.
Ultramax 12V 60Ah weighs: 7.5kg and is one of the best general-purpose batteries for electric bow motors and electric outboard motors. It is also great as a boat electronics battery.
Ultramax 12V 100Ah weighs: 13kg and is a large battery for a bow motor, allowing you to fish for several days. Lightweight and compact size with a significant amount of power. You can also connect a large amount of boat electronics to this battery.
We recommend Victron 12V 15A IP65 or Victron 12V 17A IP67 mains chargers for these batteries. 

Charging the battery:

Please note that lithium batteries should always be charged with a charger that has a lithium function. We recommend Victron 12V system 17A or 15A and 24V system 12A chargers, which are excellent smart chargers for charging and maintenance. Always use at least 10A chargers. If the charger is permanently installed in the boat, remember to choose a charger that withstands moisture. 

Winter storage and other important information:

Lithium batteries should not be stored fully charged, about 60-80% charge is a suitable level. Charge the battery fully and leave the battery without connecting it to a maintenance charger. Under normal conditions and room temperature during the winter, the battery will not discharge completely because the monthly discharge is small. The battery discharges itself on average 3% per month. The storage temperature should not go below -15%, so it is not recommended to store the battery in a cold garage or boat to prevent the BMS controller from being damaged.

You can download the Ultramax application to your phone, and with it, you can check, among other things, the voltage, the amount of current as a percentage, the battery temperature, the general condition of the battery, or the number of used cycles, as the battery has built-in Bluetooth. A handy additional feature that allows you to ensure how much power is available for a fishing day or what the power consumption of your electrical devices is.
The Bluetooth connection works with the UMXLI Battery application on Apple or Android phones and tablets.
