Lowrance Recon - is Lowrance's next-generation electric bow motor for inland waters. Thanks to its unique remote steering stick, wireless foot pedal, and display integration options, the motor can be controlled from anywhere on the vessel. Revolutionary Control:

FreeSteer™ remote stick revolutionizes location management with its steering stick functions. With the FreeSteer™ stick, you can make steering movements in eight directions. Now anglers can freely adjust the anchor position in almost any direction without having to re-anchor the boat.

Additionally, the wireless foot pedal for Recon™ inland models features a detachable and programmable foot switch, ensuring complete flexibility. The display's complete integration capability ensures that control is possible from anywhere in the boat.

Original Lowrance Sonar:

The inland bow motor model features an HDI sonar, allowing you to easily access the original Lowrance fish finder and its clear images of the underwater environment. An upgrade to the Active Imaging™ 3-in-1 sonar, available as an accessory, offers immediate access to even more precise images and additional views.

The user-serviceable design helps you keep your bow motor operational for longer, and additional support comes from clear diagnostic fault codes displayed on the remote, mobile app, or screen.

Lowrance Recon works with either 24V or 36V systems, allowing you to use the bow motor with both battery voltages. We recommend a 36V system to get maximum power from your bow motor. The most common battery we sell for 36V systems is the Ultimatron 36V 100Ah battery pack, which has a particularly generous capacity. The most common batteries for all comparable 24V systems are Maxli Marine 24V 50Ah, 24V 80Ah, or Ultimatron 24V 50Ah.

We recommend that you always install an intermediate charger in your boat, which allows you to direct all excess power produced by the outboard motor to the bow motor's battery. For a 36V system, we suggest SterlingPower 12V 36V 30A, and for 24V systems, 12V 24V 15A.

Note that there must always be a 60A fuse between the battery and bow motor to protect the bow motor.

Please note that in Finland you can use the black freshwater bow motor in seawater as well. The salinity of the Finnish sea is very low, and our waters are brackish. All freshwater bow motors retain their warranty even if used in the Finnish maritime area.
