Kuivalihakundi Greasy Pork Jerky

Kuivalihakundi Greasy Pork Jerky is a snack made for the true gourmet. Additionally, Greasy Pork is really well-suited for cooking. The alder smoke didn't quite stick to the fat balls, so we switched to a slightly stronger beech sawdust, familiar from Jerky Smoke, now known as Beef Jerky Smoked, and extended the smoking time to a day, and the smoke started to taste! This is indeed pork neck, and the package also contains pieces that are pure fat, smoked fat. Omnomnom! It's truly a combination that works for my taste, for hedonistic moments for the gourmet!

The fattiness keeps this delicacy softer and moister than our other jerkies, and pork neck is pork neck no matter how much we dry it, it doesn't change. If a really nice piece hits the spot, it might last until tomorrow!
