Aluminum mounting plate for bow motor - makes installing the bow motor and using the bow motor easy. You can bring the bow motor to the side of the bow, so that installation is effortless and the bow motor descends into the water without the bow motor's shaft hitting the edge of the boat. The plate has pre-drilled holes that fit, among others, MotorGuide and Minn Kota bow electric motors. Made in Finland from 10mm aluminum. Aluminum is a great material because you can modify it relatively easily. Make your own holes if you need to create new mounting points. You can easily make new holes for the cleat and reattach the railing. This aluminum mounting plate withstands even tougher conditions. It comes with four pieces of extremely durable bolts made of acid-resistant steel with a hexagonal head. The length of the bolts is 60mm and the thickness is 8mm. Each bolt comes with two pieces of acid-resistant washers and acid-resistant lock nuts suitable for the bolts. The package is ready to be installed!

Note! It is important to install an aluminum mounting plate on an aluminum boat, not a stainless steel plate, to prevent the materials from reacting with each other.
The straight mounting plate fits practically all boat models. If the bow design of the boat is sloping from the center to the edges, install rubber discs for leveling on the outermost bolts, for example. You can easily cut/saw the rubber rod to the right size leveling discs around the bolts. It is important that the bow motor is straight so that the bow motor has the best grip when in the water.

The side-mounted bow motor mounting plate is made of 10mm aluminum, so it withstands extremely hard use.

The aluminum mounting plate can be easily worked with a jigsaw. If you need to make shapes in the mounting plate, you can saw the mounting plate with a metal blade, but remember to spray denatured alcohol or clean glass cleaner on the sawing to keep the blade clean.
