It is also used between an intermediate charger and a 12V battery to protect the charger. If both the starting battery and the target battery are 12V systems, 60A circuit breakers should be installed on both sides of the intermediate charger.
The 100A automatic circuit breaker is designed for installation between the Victron Cyrix-Li-CT dual battery relay and the target battery, directly protecting the dual battery relay.
