Delivery Terms
1. All sales made through Ruoto web shop hold free of charge 30 days right of return. You must inform us within 30 days of receiving your goods that You want to cancel. The goods that are to be returned must be in unchanged and unused condition. The right of return does not apply to products that are customized according to customer’s needs, such as carved or marked products. If you want to change item to something else, such as a too big jacket to a smaller one, economy shipping is used for the change.
2. All orders are delivered from Finland. Ruoto Warehouses are in Tuusula, Tampere, Kaarina, Kuopio, Oulu and Espoo. Primarily, we do not ship extra heavy or large items outside Finland. These kinds of products can be, but not limited to, for example Gun Safes, items with length more than 2 m etc. We keep right to define definitions of "heavy" and "large". If you are uncertain about the product you are looking for, please don't hesitate to contact our English Speaking Customer Service info@ruoto.fi.
3. Primarily, all EU orders are delivered from Finland via DHL or Posti Parcel Connect Service. If volume of a packet is greater than 30 000 cm3 (e.g 50 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm) or weighs more than 5 kg, we keep right to ship the order via slower shipping method and to use another shipping company.
4. Primarily, we do not ship goods outside EU. For more info, please contact us via Email info@ruoto.fi.
5. Primarily, guns, some gun parts, ammos, silencers and batteries cannot be shipped outside Finland. For more info, please contact us via Email shop@ruoto.fi.
6. Normally, orders including in-stock items only will be shipped from our warehouse at next workday. In case of delay of more than three workdays, we will contact You via Email. Delivery time is typically 2-7 workdays to most EU countries.
7. Normally, orders including non-stock items will be shipped from our warehouse in 2-10 workdays. Non-stock items will be ordered from suppliers and shipped once arrived. In case of unexpected delay, we will contact You via Email. Delivery time is typically 1-2 workdays to most EU countries.
8. All orders are delivered via trusted courier services. Please check shipment options to Your country from here
9. Ruoto shall not be liable for any delays or defects that are caused beyond Ruoto’s control. These include with-out limitation; by war, terrorism, natural phenomena, decisions of authorities, technical problems, interruptions in traffic, or defects or delays in services provided by courier companies.

11. Ruoto reserves the right to cancel the order, if there has been a pricing mistake or pricing error in one or more products in the order. Example of a pricing mistake: normal retail price for the product is 499,90 euros, but because of the pricing mistake the price is temporarily 49,99 euros.
12. Ruoto reserves the right to change these delivery terms at any time.
