Delivery and payment methods
EU Deliveries (outside Finland)
In normal conditions, we will ship your order at next workday. In case of non-stock items, the goods will be sent in 2-10 workdays. We will contact you via email if it takes more than 3 days to get your in-stock items ready for shipping, or more than 10 workdays to get your order including non-stock items ready for shipping. Our web shop shows you whether the item you are looking for is an in-stock or a non-stock item. Partial deliveries are not sent.
Primarily, all EU orders are delivered from Finland via DHL or Posti Parcel Connect shipping service. If volume of a packet is greater than 30 000 cm3 (e.g 50 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm) or weighs more than 5 kg, we keep right to ship the order via slower shipping method and to use another shipping company.
Our web shop cart offers Economy Shipping automatically. In case the cart includes items that require licenses, such as cartridges and guns, our web shop does not offer any shipping options.
Free EU delivery applies to all orders above 150 €!
Unfortunately, primarily we do not ship goods outside EU. Please contact info@ruoto.fi in case of a non-EU delivery.

Payment Methods (EU Web Shop)
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted payment methods on our EU web shop. Please note that Paytrail Oyj is the payment recipient and transfers the payment to Ruoto Oy when it comes to Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard payments. In case of PayPal payment Ruoto Oy is shown as the recipient.
