30-Day Price Guarantee

 

At Ruoto, we actively monitor market prices and strive to offer you products at a competitive price. As a result, our prices may change daily. Thanks to our price guarantee, you can confidently purchase products from us at the best price available.

If you have purchased a product from a Ruoto store or our online shop and later see the same product advertised at a lower price, you can claim a refund for the difference. We will reimburse the difference with a gift card valid in our stores and online shop.

The price guarantee is valid for 30 days from the product pickup/delivery date. To apply for the price guarantee, we need the purchase receipt and confirmation of the product pickup/delivery date (e.g., via the courier's tracking link).

 

Price Guarantee Terms:

• The price guarantee applies to the exact same product you purchased from Ruoto (including the same product number, model, features, accessories and content, same brand/manufacturer, same color, dimensions, and size).
• The price guarantee does not cover other or nearly identical products.
• The price guarantee does not cover demo or display models, special orders, or services such as installation and delivery costs.
• The price guarantee does not apply to business orders.
• The price guarantee does not cover products purchased from competitors.
• You must request the price guarantee within 30 days of the pickup/delivery date.
• The lower price must be valid at the time the price guarantee is requested.
• To apply for the price guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase (original Ruoto receipt showing the purchased product) and pickup/delivery time (e.g., via the courier's tracking link).
• The gift card is valid for one (1) year and can be used in our stores or online shop.
• The gift card must be used in one shopping session.
• For price guarantee issues, please contact our customer service.

Note! If you purchased the products in-store, the original purchase receipt must include a breakdown of the products, so a simple card machine payment receipt, unfortunately, does not qualify for utilizing the price guarantee.
