The earmuff includes Sordin Hear2 sound profiles, allowing you to easily select the appropriate mode for the situation using the cup's push buttons: Hunting (general use and hunting), Shooting (shooting range), Focus (strong amplification for alertness), and Comms (hearing feature off, but AUX connection active). Waterproof microphones on both sides provide directional hearing, and Hi-Fi class speakers and internal waterproof electronics deliver clear sound quality.

Modern level-limited functionality allows natural hearing of conversations, warning sounds, and environmental noises, while harmful sounds to hearing remain controlled. Weak sounds can be amplified if desired, and the sound in the integrated headphones is limited to a safe 82 dB level. The flat profile allows use even under a helmet, and all functions are designed to work even with gloves on.

The LED light leaves hands free and directs the light along the line of sight. Control is straightforward with a five-step volume adjustment. Power management is practical: automatic power-off activates with a warning sound after 4 hours if buttons have not been used, and the low battery warning indicates when approximately 40 hours of usage time remains. The AUX audio input allows connection of external communication devices such as a radio or phone; a 3.5 mm cable is included in the delivery.

Gel cushions provide comfortable fit, good sealing, and work excellently together with glasses, safety glasses, or mask-style eye protectors. The black leather headband and Night Camo cup camouflage pattern combine comfort and a discreet appearance.
