A 640x480 pixel thermal sensor (12 µm) and sensitivity sNETD <25 mK provide sharp and detailed images in all weather conditions. Despite its compact size, the Axion XG30 offers up to 1300 meters of detection range.
This only 240 grams device is designed for active use – it easily fits in a pocket or on a neck strap. The symmetrical design and top panel control buttons make it effortless to use for both right- and left-handed users. A 14.6° wide field of view makes it easy to quickly detect animals and objects even while on the move.
Magnesium alloy housing makes the Axion exceptionally durable yet lightweight. The metal body protects the device from impacts, heat, and moisture, and also acts as a heat sink, reducing image noise during prolonged use. IPX7 waterproofing ensures reliability in heavy rain, snow, and humid conditions.

With the Stream Vision 2 app, the Axion XG30 connects to iOS and Android devices via Wi-Fi (2.4/5 GHz). The app provides real-time image transfer, remote control, wireless software updates, and cloud storage for saving images and videos directly from the field.
The Axion XG30 operates on an APS 3 lithium-ion battery, providing up to 7 hours of runtime. The battery is easily replaceable, and the device also supports charging from external power sources via a USB-C connection.
