Marttiini Classic Superflex Filetting Knife 19 is a flexible filleting knife with a blade length of 19 cm. This knife is specifically designed for filleting fish, and its blade is even more flexible, allowing for smoother filleting. The handle of the knife is made from thermally treated Finnish birch, and its surface features a texture created with laser technology, which enhances grip. The handle is also waxed to protect it.
The knife is particularly suitable for handling fish weighing around 2-3 kg. Hand washing is recommended.
