Swarovski Z8i 1.7-13.3x42 is a true all-rounder! However, it's best to forget about low-light tasks with this scope, as the 42mm front lens is not at its best during the last moments of light on an autumn evening. A great scope for everything from driven hunts to capercaillie hunting. Thanks to the 8x zoom window, this sleek and lightweight scope is full of power. The field of view at 1.7x magnification is still an impressive 25.2 meters wide measured from a distance of one hundred meters. When you turn the magnification to 13.3x, you can clearly see up to several hundred meters.

Swarovski Z8i  scopes have a 30 mm main tube. So you can easily mount the scope on top of any weapon. A lot of development work has also been invested in the functionality of the light unit in Z8i scopes. The light point switch is on top of the scope at the eyepiece. The switch has separate day and night modes, both of which can be adjusted steplessly according to the hunter's preference. A nice feature is that Swarovski Z8i scopes turn off the light point when you lay the weapon on its side or set it upright, for example, in a hunting stand. The light point automatically turns on again when you grab the weapon in a situation. A clearly battery-saving handy feature.
