A40EL features a high-resolution 3840 × 2160 4K CMOS sensor that delivers natural details and excellent image sharpness. The bright 40 mm f/2.0 lens and wide 3.5x–20.5x magnification range make the device versatile for both dense terrain and long-distance observation. The 100 Hz 1920 × 1080 OLED viewfinder offers an extremely smooth and lag-free image without motion blur – an important feature in fast-paced situations.
The main difference between the A40EL and A40E models is the A40EL's integrated 1,000-meter laser rangefinder, which measures the target distance quickly and accurately (±1 m). This facilitates shot assessment and improves hit accuracy, especially in varying lighting conditions. Additionally, the built-in ballistic calculator provides a more precise aiming point for different distances.
Alpex A40EL is designed for use in all conditions: during the day, at dusk, and in complete darkness. The device records HD video and photos to internal memory and offers Wi-Fi connectivity for real-time sharing and app usage.
