GW-Nonox suojapinnoite 50ml

GW-Nonox is a mineral-based coating for indoor and outdoor use. It forms a glossy, water- and dirt-repellent surface. GW-Nonox protects against UV radiation and prevents corrosion. It withstands acidic and alkaline environmental conditions as well as organic and inorganic substances and salt solutions. The surface can be removed by grinding. Protect the product from freezing and store it at room temperature. It can be used on painted/unpainted metal surfaces. The durability of painted surfaces should be tested before use.

 

 

Instructions for use:

1. Use undiluted solution.

2. Thoroughly clean the surface to be treated. Remove polishing and grinding residues, waxes, greases, and oils, as well as anything that may affect coating.

3. Immerse the piece in the solution for 1-5 minutes.

4. By spraying or applying, ensure that the solution spreads evenly on the surface and let it act for the aforementioned time.

5. Finally, wipe the treated surface.

6. Repeat the treatment if necessary.

 

Since the surface of different metal alloys closes in different ways, optimize the coating's exposure time for the best result.

If there is a slight difference in gloss and shade on different metal alloys compared to the uncoated surface, the coated surface can be polished with a fine polishing agent and rinsed with water. Polishing waxes should be avoided.

Theoretical coverage 5 m2/50 ml.

The surface temperature resistance is 300 oC.
