Whiting American Rooster Cape

Whiting American Rooster Cape rooster capes are the highest quality available for tying wet flies, salmon flies, and streamers. The feathers on the cape have a tough stem that withstands fish teeth very well. They provide material for hackle-winged streamers and other larger fish imitations as well as tube flies.
