Scientific Anglers Sonar Stillwater SD I/S3 is a sinking fly line designed specifically to meet the demands of stillwater fishing. The line features a seamless density construction that allows for a smooth transition between different sink rates, providing a direct connection to the fly.

The line is based on the popular MPX taper and is overweighted by two line weights, making it easier to handle multiple flies and long leaders. It includes 10 and 20-foot textured markings to aid in casting and fishing.

Cleaning the line with soap and water removes most dirt, but cleaning pads work even better. A clean line casts better and lasts longer. Clean the line every 2-3 fishing trips or whenever dirt affects its performance.
