Tempel Hair has already become a legendary tying material. This material was launched by Håkan Norling and Mikael Frödin. Especially Frödin-type flies are particularly well-known in the Nordic countries. The hair is used especially in salmon flies and tube flies.
The best feature of Tempel Hair is that it does not need to be applied to the fly nearly as much as, for example, fox. This results in a translucent, very well-fishing fly whose wing does not collapse even in strong currents. The hair remains upright in the water, and the wing retains its shape well even in the current. Temple dog is one of the few materials that retains its shape but still moves very well even in slow currents.
Ruoto Tempel Hair Large size ties wings of 7-10 centimeters well. For a shorter underwing, we recommend the Medium size.
