Loon UV Clear Fly Finish -UV-liima

Loon UV Clear Fly Finish is for those who believe “five minutes to cure is five minutes too long.” No mixing or waiting is required, and it remains workable until exposed to direct sunlight or Loon’s UV lamps, at which point it will cure in a matter of seconds. Use it as an adhesive for eyes, a head cement, quick- building clear back for scuds, or instant repair for damaged flies.

  • THIN With less viscosity than the original, UV Clear Fly Finish Thin is perfect for delicate applications, going on thin without sacrificing curing speed and strength. It can be used to make smaller heads, bodies or wing cases, or to make coat a small thread head… the possibilities are endless.
  • FLOW (Ultra-Thin) The thinnest UV resin available from Loon, Flow is thin enough to work as a head cement replacement, but strong enough to coat heads, bodies and midges.

 

Directions for use:

Apply Fly Paint or Fly Finish to fly while indoors or shaded from the sun. Use applicator and/or rotating vise to form into the ideal shape. Expose to sun light or use Loon’s UV lights to cure. In direct sun (or when using Loon’s UV Lights) hardening should take approximately 15 seconds.
