The high optical precision of the NBFX lens material (Abbe value 45) provides a natural and distortion-free view, reducing eye strain and improving detail perception compared to regular polycarbonate lenses. The TRANSPOL anthracite f2-f3 lens combines two technologies: the TRANSFORMER feature that automatically adjusts tint based on light conditions and polarization. The lens is lighter in cloudy light (F2) and darkens in bright sunlight (F3), making it versatile for various weather conditions.

Polarization, in turn, reduces reflections from water, snow, and other shiny surfaces, enhances contrast, and helps to see through the surface layer. This is particularly useful in fishing, where seeing through water surface reflections makes it easier to detect fish movements and bottom structures. While boating, the lens helps to see below the surface and detect shallows and rocks when docking. In snowy conditions, polarization reduces glare and improves contrast.
