MEGA Live Imaging 2 brings higher resolution, improved target tracking, and a more stable image even in motion to Humminbird's real-time sonar. Compared to the original MEGA Live system, version 2 provides clearer separation between, for example, the bottom and fish, and its refresh rate is faster. This means you can track the movement of your lure and the reaction of fish without delay – especially important in precision fishing. MEGA Live 2 works seamlessly with the Xplore, Solix G3, and Apex series, but not with Helix devices.
MEGA+ Side Imaging is Humminbird's side imaging technology that provides exceptionally detailed images to the sides of the boat up to a distance of 60 meters. MEGA+ means that the image is created at a frequency above one megahertz, revealing fish, bottom structures, and vegetation with photo-like clarity. MEGA 360 Imaging, on the other hand, shows your surroundings in a 360° radius around the boat in near real-time, whether you are moving slowly or stationary. It is particularly suitable for precision fishing, allowing you to track schools of fish and your lure from all directions.
